Captain’s Away Day: The Welcombe, Stratford Upon Avon 15th September

Price is £65 to include T/C & bacon roll on arrival, 1st tee time 10.30 am, singles Stableford competition (95% of playing handicap and cards will be provided) with on course and placing prizes, followed by 2 course meal, prize giving and raffle. I’m delighted that a number of new members will be joining us and hope that more can too because it’s a great way to integrate into the club, but I do need to know soon as fees will have to be paid by the end of this month.

Woburn Raffle:
The prize here is exceptional value for a 4 ball on any day of your choice, for any of the 3 Woburn championship courses and is open until December 2024 (qualifying handicaps – Gents up to 24 and Ladies up to 36). In today’s terms this is worth almost £1000. Tickets are £10 and the raffle will be drawn at the away day when a member of the Woburn staff will be present. If you’d like to purchase a ticket(s) please contact me via any of the routes mentioned above. Seriously folks, opportunities like this don’t present themselves often. If you play in a regular 4 ball, it is definitely worth each of you buying a ticket to enhance your chances of winning.
