Results from Worcester Handicap League away at Gaudet Luce

The first Worcester Handicap League match of the year was away to the reigning champions. It was never going to be easy as away wins in this league are rare. The result Gaudet 3.5 Abbey 2.5 was as close as the individual games. 4 of the 6 matches were decided on the 18th with wins for Sam Green/ Gary King and Mark Goddard/Craig Stokes. A good half from Jason Austin/ Dave Sollis completed our tally. All in all this was a good performance to carry forward. Our next games are both at home on 15th and 22nd April.
